Tally, the world’s first robotic autonomous shelf auditing and analytics solution, is leading the way. The brainchild of San Francisco-based Simbe Robotics stands 38 inches tall and weighs approximately 30 pounds; cloud-based Tally helps retailers address out-of-stock items, empty shelves and other in-store inconsistencies.

Equipped with sensors that can capture data about shelf status, Tally reports and analyzes the state and availability of merchandise. In addition, it helps ensure compliance with the store’s planogram.
